Fr. Manus, Fr. John, Parishioners and Killinarden Community.
Please accept my sincere apology for the long delay in writing to you. I would like to acknowledge your kindness to us Daughters of Charity down through the years. Especially those of us who were with you these last number of years and have had the hard task of leaving the community who were so dear to our hearts. These last months it has taken us a little while to settle down in our new surroundings and every now and then when we get a call or text from someone in Killinarden it reminds us of our happy days with you all. Each of us in our own way have been overwhelmed by your generosity in the many varied ways such as the gifts, support and well wishes. This has surely enabled us to move forward with confidence and positivity, hard as it may seem at times. I Anne, am in the happy position of going to the Rue De Bac in Paris for a Vincentian conference during the month of September and I will pray very specially for each one of you by name in the chapel of the Miraculous Medal. With renewed thanks and best wishes to you all for the future. Sisters Lucy, Kathleen and Anne.
